This documentary tells the story of six idealists building an ‘environmentally friendly’ cargo sailing boat with recycled scrap metal.
Their aim is to establish trade relations with Cuba and protest against the American trade embargo.
Filming started early 95 in Britain and ended in December 96 in Havana, Cuba. I filmed, co-directed and edited this story with Scott Cooper, a friend from Bristol who heard about this extraordinary story in his local pub.
